I want to begin by stating that I respect Dr. Yates and value his clinical expertise. My concerns are not with him personally, but with the office processes, staff interactions, and inconsistent guidance I have received. I was contacted by the office regarding a laboratory result that was described as serious. Very impressed with Dr.
Went in this morning for a routine colonoscopy, my appointment was for 11am. Got put in a room at noon, IV placed then nothing! Was in the room for 2 hours and the only interaction was when I needed to use the rest room. Right at the 2 hour mark I hit the call button and asked for someone to remove my IV, then suddenly had 2 people in the room talking me out of leaving lol. " We were just coming to get you".
