Went in this morning for a routine colonoscopy, my appointment was for 11am. Got put in a room at noon, IV placed then nothing! Was in the room for 2 hours and the only interaction was when I needed to use the rest room. Right at the 2 hour mark I hit the call button and asked for someone to remove my IV, then suddenly had 2 people in the room talking me out of leaving lol. " We were just coming to get you". Dr. Yared is competent, kind, and thorough. His physician's assistant Jerry is also very good. Both are very good and will help you all they can.
The nurses try to over talk you. Can't get the full meaning of what you would like them to know because they keep talking over you. Office manager takes things personally. I have no problems with the providers there.
