I want to begin by stating that I respect Dr. Yates and value his clinical expertise. My concerns are not with him personally, but with the office processes, staff interactions, and inconsistent guidance I have received. Very impressed with Dr.
Went in this morning for a routine colonoscopy, my appointment was for 11am. Got put in a room at noon, IV placed then nothing! Was in the room for 2 hours and the only interaction was when I needed to use the rest room. Right at the 2 hour mark I hit the call button and asked for someone to remove my IV, then suddenly had 2 people in the room talking me out of leaving lol. " We were just coming to get you". Dr. Yared is competent, kind, and thorough. His physician's assistant Jerry is also very good. Both are very good and will help you all they can.
