Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Hes a cranky old man and doesn't like to answer questions NOR DOES HE LIKE YOU TO ASK THEM. He will only answer one question per visit and doesn't listen at ALL..Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of dir... read more

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this dermatologist's staff friendly? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Felt the doctor was very rude. I brought my children with me, seeing I didn't have a babysitter. My son was a bit antsy yet he is 4yrs of age. The doctor told me I should of left them home, or found a sitter. That I must not care if I expose my children to scabies. Then proceeds to yell at my son who was doing nothing, that if he didn't sit still he was calling the cops and going to have him removed from here. Excuse me, you will not talk to my children like that.
