So I just called them and explained I had a problem with my push mower. I’ve never used this co before. The dude who answered was nasty and rude, all in one sentence. I was mortified, I politely said thank you and hung up. Call lasted about 30 seconds. I would never recommend them. Others have had this issue as I am now reading the reviews.
