The office staff, nurses, and doctor make us feel confident our Mother is getting the best care. They are very helpful, listen to our input, and make necessary changes as needed. We have been blessed to have our Mother cared for by Dr. Vettiankal, his nurse, and staff.
I needed a verification of the prescriptions that were prescribed to me. I called the office and explained the situation to the Dr's nurse. She asked security questions which I answered. she then told me I had to drive 60 miles one way just to ask the question in person or wait for my next appointment. Neither of those options would work for me. she gave me a hard time just for asking and she was very unprofessional. I asked her name three times and she refused to give it to me. I cannot recommend this office to anyone.
I was treated by Dr. Vettiankal for a heart condition requiring a stent. Dr. Vettiankal was very proactive when I reported having chest discomfort, he got me in for a heart catheterization quickly and I received the stent during the cath procedure. He has followed up rigorously and monitored my condition and I've been pain free for nearly 3 years now. Dr. Vettiankal's nurse Liz and the entire office staff are friendly, courteous and attentive.
