CAUTION!!! As many others experienced, they may show as in-network on your insurance website, but they bill under a different company name, which can get flagged as out-of-network. This resulted in huge bills. They outsource billing to a third-party company, who is unresponsive to phone calls and emails, and put the responsibility on the patient to resolve billing issues on their behalf. Would NOT recommend. I confirmed WellCare was covered by my insurance, however, they continue to bill my insurance with an out of service provider name, Dr.Varugese and CityPulse Urgent. It has been months of trying to get their billing to update the provider name to WellCare. Stay away if you don't want to be dealing with insurance claims for months on end.
Dr. George Varughese did a wonderful job at listening to my daughter's symptoms. He was then able to explain to me what her diagnosis was and provide outstanding care to get her feeling better!

He is a crook. I had two covid tests performed at his City Pulse urgent care in Grand Rapids. Both I paid $100 for. I have now received more than $2000 worth of bills saying I owe for the covid tests. They also submitted the bill to my insurance company. This is Fraud.
