Horribly run office. Dr, your office is a representation of your medical practice. You were 1hr and 20 mins late for my first appt. Then, the person who answered the phone this morning can’t answer a simple question. Also, my lab orders were never sent out. I should not have to do your groundwork for you. Unacceptable. Hope you treat your future patients better.

Dr Dous is a wonderful Cardiologist. He and his office, however, have no respect for patients' time. He and his office make me and others wait too long for appointments. Today my appointment was at 10:30 am. I'm finally in a room, still waiting. It is now 11:46 am. Update: It was my last appointment- I left at 11:50 am. The staff looked stunned. The dr said, 'I'm sorry.' I'm sorry doesn't get my wasted time back.
Dr George Dous has been seeing my resident Thomas G since Aug of last year and I do really appreciate the way he treated him. He spent more time with the patient and is very thorough and compassionate. He is very professional and kind. His staff are also very nice and awesome. Highly recommended Cardiologist
