We all have busy lives with kids and work, and I’m sick of hearing the same excuses from this clinic. I have repeatedly called ahead to ask if the doctor is running on time and I’m always told yes. Every single time I arrive, I end up waiting an hour or more. This time I specifically called because I needed to organise a babysitter for a confidential appointment. Receptionists are rude and very unhelpful
Nice staff, but long wait and they won't fit you in even with very strong pain.
Well presented Medical Centre with friendly, caring staff. Majority of the Doctors are informative and very helpful. However, the waiting time can be very long sometimes, occasionally up to an hour, due to how busy it gets. Aside from that, it's good to visit if necessary.
