I have taken my father to Dr.Topalsky...over 6x...each time we waited 20 min in waiting room then 45 min in the patient room...and when the doctor came in he rushed and did not even look at the chart to see why my dad was there...i had to remind the doctor of important information of my dads health concerns...we waited over a hour to see him and he spent Just 10 min to address my dads concerns before he left the room...im very frustrated with this doctors bed side manner and cant believe he is still in practice...
