Arrogant and rude with a God complex. Performed two anterior disc dessication and fusions on my neck. I was still in tremendous pain weeks later and had to beg him to order an MRI. He was literally yelling at me in the exam room saying, "What do you want me to do? There's nothing wrong." I went to a different surgeon and learned there was a third disc that Burson didn't repair. Twice Dr. Burson has performed 3 surgeries on my back and neck (different locations) and all times he fixed my problems. He’s a very quiet man but friendly at the same time. If another back problem arises, I will contact his office. I trust him.
Worst doctor I have ever encountered. Extremely rude and uncaring. Listened to him complain about my oncologist referring me to see him prior to him coming in to see me. I am in an insane amount of pain and was really hopeful that he would use his knowledge to help me figure out the root of the problem and address it so I can have relief. No empathy, no explanations of my mri results and why I am having pain and numbness. Dr. Burson and his staff are amazing. Dr. Burson has a great personality, he is very knowledgeable and he listens, and those are very important traits for me!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
