I really appreciate how easy it was to work with your agency.
I've had my business insurance through George Thompson for years now and I wish I would have found them sooner. Any question, issue, or insurance certificates that I need is handled professionally and taken care of like we are their only Client. Katie herself has gone above and beyond to the point of even fighting an insurance company on my behalf because she knew they were in the wrong. Best insurance agency I've ever dealt with period.
Katie is a sweetheart. Always able to answer my questions and very cordial about it. She’s kind and keeps me informed for any of my policies.
I've been dealing with the George Thompson Agency for many years and have entrusted them with my home and auto insurance. They always make any part of the process as easy and painless as possible. Katie is always extremely helpful and willing to assist in any way needed. Highly recommend.
