I really enjoy working with this doctor. He is caring and listens. HOWEVER, I am constantly being told I have to reschedule appointments even though they have been on the books for weeks. I have reviewed my voicemails and patient portal. I have been rescheduled on five times in the past year. I don't go to the doctor often so that is nearly almost every time. We have jobs too and cannot just change appointments at the drop of a hat. It's really frustrating and makes me want to just find a new doctor.
Dr. Loose is very knowledgeable, caring Doctor!
The faculty are nice enough. The 2.5 hour wait... Unsatisfactory.
