Dr Tan stands out as one of the few doctors who demonstrate exemplary bedside manners and a genuine interest in patient well-being. Following complaints about stomach pain during my visit, he promptly scheduled an endoscopy with biopsies and waited results for two weeks. His explanations are comprehensive, and he carefully addresses concerns in the images taken. I have an Autoimmune disorder and deal with several physicians but none are like Dr. Tan!
Extremely weird when I asked for all of my medical records released I’m only allowed to have access to half of them? I’m only allowed to have access to the lab reports but not the doctors notes? All of the records should be allowed access as they are MY records and important to MY care. He was in the room for 5 min. I was so surprised that I couldn't ask 1 question. I only had 4 questions to ask and didn't get to ask any. The 5min he was in the rm he only got his questions answered. I know there was 4 ppl in the waiting room, but dang. The things going on with me were important but whatever. I was given a +Cologuard 7 mon prior and I was trying to get an appointment for wt loss, bleeding at times, nausea x 2 mon. I really did need to talk with the dr. Dr. Tan was very thorough in his care for me from step to step, of blood work, a liver ultrasound, fibro scan, colonoscopy and endoscopy!! Very personable, explains results in detail and answers my numerous questions!! He provides all the answers to caring for myself and ensuring better health!! His staff is very professional and takes care of each aspect of my care!? Thank you Dr. Tan and your Staff!!
