So far I like this company been in norfolk for 2 yrs now and been using them but who ever they have answering there phones though does need work with customer service or how she treats customrs though in my opinion not gonna lie I've considered switching a few times because she's not that friendly and kinda rude or displeasing. We use Cronin as our oil supplier and also for service on our very old furnace. We’ve had a great experience in both aspects. As others have said, any time we call they are there within 24 hours. They were able to resolve issues with our furnace not heating right away on three different occasions. Their employees are great and walk us through the process.

Really impressed with these guys. I had an issue with our furnace when we first moved into our house and they came out immediately and identified the problem, got it up and running temporarily, and then replaced the necessary part the next day. I appreciate how responsive and reasonable they've been!
