Great service by professional doctor, thanks
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at George Street Medical Practice on December 13, 2024. Despite booking an appointment with Dr. Han for a specific purpose, which I clearly communicated to the reception staff on previous day, the doctor refused to provide the required service. The appointment was booked for 9:30 am and i arrived promptly at 9:00 am. Dr Mira Chow is not a fully qualified Doctor. Had the misfortune to meet Sean Howlett apparently a Doctor. Most rude, intimidating human I have ever met. Actually pushed my arm when trying to pick up our medical forms. Never experienced such an unprofessional unpleasant person in my life. Wish I could give zero stars. There are many wonderful medical practices in Bathurst just not this one in my experience.
Great service, friendly receptionist and appoinment is relatively on-time.
Most of the reception staff are good, one lady not sure of her name was extremely friendly and Dr Wong and nurse Dianne are very good, but about 4 years ago I seen a Muslim doctor (he's not there now) and he was dreadful, so pleased he's gone now, he was so judgmental, Australia shouldn't let doctors like him practice, I forget his name but I will be filling a complaint about him, he needs to be deregistered.
