Dr McNight has been my doctor for many years, and I am very lucky to have her as my doctor. She’s an excellent doctor.
I saw Dr, Canale years ago at Sun Peaks. I can't say much about the practice. it has changed hands. Dr. Canale was/is amazing. He was the one that told me I had breast cancer. He was wonderful, patient and kind and I have no idea why they did not keep him, but it was a new practice relying on donations from high end people. YOU are very lucky to have him. In an age where family doctors are almost impossible to find, the fact that I only just found out that my family doctor (Dr. Leanne Schuman) retired back in December.. came as a horrible surprise. (I found out from my life insurance company when I was in the application process) I was told by the front desk, that “letters went out” and no other explanation. One of the rudest receptionists I have ever encountered. The doctors should be ashamed of allowing such a poor patient experience and should reevaluate their approach to patient care.
The answering system says office is closed and to call during normal office hours. I’m calling at 1:45 pm on a Wednesday. Website says they are open. What am I to do!
