Moved back to NC in summer of 2025. Thyroid levels off after 6 years of perfect levels. My provider here in NC suddenly closed in 2023. Finally got an appointment with Dr Stamataros after waiting 5 months due to no availability and was worse than when I lived in Maryiand. Mind you he was my provider 15 years ago but left that practice. He’s nice enough guy but physician..no not anymore. Checked only my TSH. And i feel terrible all over. Dr. Stamataros is a great endocrinologist. Professional...experienced....kind and takes his time with you. He sees me and my husband as we both have endocrine issues. We are very happy he's our physician! We highly recommend him.:)
I have been going to Dr. Stamataros for over three years now. He has been the best endocrinologist i have ever seen in NC. His bedside manners are amazing, and his staff is wonderful. I had to call to cancel my appointment on Friday. And Monday morning his front office called, and got me in the next week. He takes his time with his patients and makes sure that everything with them is good. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
I had such a wonderful visit! Jamie, Amanda and Valerie were kind, caring and patient with my many questions. This is a really nice office. All the staff was so kind and supportive.
