Dr. Soriano is a very caring person and an excellent dentist. You cannot go wrong with him. He deeply cares about his patients and puts in extra hours and weekends to be there for everybody. Please be patient with the busy front desk. They can be a bit rough, but they are very sweet too :)
You guys should change name As I came here after all those reviews on Yelp ,totally believing it is doctor Soriano who is gonna be treating me . Only after several appointments found out that was not him. Now I have problems with my crown Hopefully the doctor fix it
The receptionist, Maria, was extremely rude , impatient, unprofessional, and unhelpful. She repeatedly stated, "I'm very busy and don't have time". She hang up the call multiple times.
Will give zero if there is one. You should consider firing the receptionist as her attitude is very offensive and disrespectful. I was trying to book the next available time as a new patient. she doesn’t know what her job is and keeps changing available dates or asking the same question. The receptionist apparently does not like her job and in the end demanding me “do you want the appointment or not, I have another line” Do NOT come to this dentist unless you’d like to be treated badly.
