I had a very disappointing experience with George and Sons Carpet Cleaning in Marin. I was quoted $138 over the phone, but when the technician arrived, he said it was going to cost me $400 instead. The technician was unprofessional — he did not wear booties, walked through my house with his shoes on, and his machine dripped water all over my floors. Brian arrived right on schedule and explained each step of the carpet cleaning process. He was professional and really knew a lot about the equipment and cleaning products.
