My husband had to switch doctors because Dr. Smith kept saying he was going to give him referrals for sleep studies and a psychiatrist. After TWO months of calling and even physically going to his office, we gave up. We were told he wasn't in the office and then we were told he had the referrals but hadn't sent them out yet.
