Great customer service and quality. He also has a team that installs if you are looking for installers. We bought our LVP and carpeting from George and he was responsive and friendly through the whole process.
George Smith flooring did a great job installing our carpet and moved furniture and even vacuumed perfect job
George makes the process of ordering and installing carpet easy. The hardest part was deciding which color, but he helped us and we love it: Saturation by DreamWeaver!

Let me begin by stating that this flooring company is exceptional!!! The reason I hold this opinion is that when I initially purchased my home in 2008, the flooring was installed by the store. Although I believe the store has since changed ownership to George Smith Flooring, the carpet that was originally installed was truly beautiful. Consequently, in 2019 when I required new carpeting due to water damage in my home, I returned to George Smith Flooring in Pocono Lake, and they did an outstanding job.
