Let me begin by stating that this flooring company is exceptional!!! The reason I hold this opinion is that when I initially purchased my home in 2008, the flooring was installed by the store. Although I believe the store has since changed ownership to George Smith Flooring, the carpet that was originally installed was truly beautiful. Consequently, in 2019 when I required new carpeting due to water damage in my home, I returned to George Smith Flooring in Pocono Lake, and they did an outstanding job. George and his team were great to work with! The customer focus and attention to detail was apparent and appreciated. George and his team made it easy to select a flooring product and schedule an install date. His installation team was efficient and neat, completing the job quicker than the expected timeframe. His prices were also more than fair. We highly recommend George and his team and will definitely utilize his company again in the future.
