Customer Relations - Poor. I felt rushed dropping off my car for tires to be changed. I would ask a question, get the answer and then made to feel as though I were being dismissed. Speed of service - Excellent. Only took 1 1/2 for tires to be changed and they phoned me when they were done. Quality of Service - Good and Bad. Good - Tires seem to be fine.
