I scheduled an install of a new unit on a rental property I had in South Hill. The work was scheduled to be completed at the beginning October for a new tenant moving in on November 1st. They told me it would be done in time. After telling me that they had everything for the install they stopped answering the phone to weeks before install date. I'd leave no stars if I could. about 6 weeks ago our ac went out. it's a new unit in a house we bought last year and he allegedly offered a 2 year parts and labor warranty. 13 times he's told me he's coming and not shown up. I've told him I have kids and pets in the house and it hasn't mattered. I've been extremely kind and understanding but I've decided the only way to get through to this guy is to start hitting him online. Good Evening, I am VERY disappointed in this company. We contacted them in the morning of the 20th of Dec 22, We were told they would be here in the afternoon. When my wife contacted them again that afternoon since they didn't show up, so she agreed to the next day service. At around 2:30 PM on the 21st of Dec 22 I (the husband) was told that they were still on the way and now it is 6:30 PM and no one showed / no one called . We are an older couple and it is going to be 19 degrees tonight. We cannot leave the space heaters o... read more
