Always great haircuts from George! On top of that love the vintage vibe inside the place
A true Toronto Hidden Gem. George is not only a great, well priced barber, he's a sweetheart of a man. We have been going to him for three years now. My son had messy curly blond hair and traumatized from a lice outbreak at school and the subsequent treatment. For his first real hair cut, George was kind and sweet with him and made a calm great first experience. We've gone every couple of months since. I wouldn't think to go anywhere else. George is AMAZING !! I have been coming here with my 6 year old son since his very first haircut 4 years ago. Not only is George amazing with kiddos but he does such an excellent job and so affordable. This most recent time, I called George no appointment and he was able to accommodate and squeeze me in. Best place to bring your kiddos. Highly recommend!!
Been going to George Barber Shop on Royal York for a while now and it never disappoints. You walk in and it feels like a proper nostalgic barbershop — records spinning, relaxed atmosphere, no rush. George knows his craft and the cuts are always sharp and reliable. He’s easy to talk to, has a great sense of humour, and genuinely looks out for his clients. Just a solid neighbourhood spot run by someone who cares. I’ve sent friends here and will keep doing it.
George has been cutting my hair for over 5 years and i always go back. The cuts are quality, the price is way better than what you'll find anywhere around the area. Just let him know how you want it and he's got you covered. Overall Great Experience every time.
