I’ve had an appointment planned with this doctor for well over a month. I’ve been very excited to finally get treatment. Morning of my appointment, about 4 hours before I’m supposed to be there (took time off work and had my shift covered) I get a call that doctor Rodriguez has canceled my appointment. I will be finding a new doctor. This is so unprofessional to not give me even a DAYS notice? I would have gotten a fat bill if I canceled within a 4 hour period.
Horrible experience. I took my sister in to see Dr. Rodriguez, since I had been at the emergency room on Sunday, they recommended that I go and see my doctor "right a way" to get a referral to a cardiologist. When Dr. Rodriguez entered, he didn't look at us, he didn't say anything except it looks like hypertension so just don't eat fast food and reduce your salt, glad your on medication. I was sick with the flu and asked for a Telehealth appointment with Dr. George Rodríguez. I told him I tested negative for COVID and that I needed a prescription for Tamiflu. He tells me in order to rule out COVID I have to test 48 hours after symptoms, which is no big deal. I test again and am negative again. However when I try to get Tamiflu again he tells me that it will no longer work as 48 hours has passed. He purposely was deceitful to avoid getting me the medication that could ease my symptoms. I have tried this doctor twice- the first time should have been the last time. He is rude, doesn't listen and truly should not be practicing medicine. I have already made a formal complaint with BCBS. BEWARE!!
