I have been looking for a new vet since my previous one went out of business due to losing her husband. I saw on the web site that states $25 for first exam for new patients and I thought that was great because times are tough these days. So I went ahead and scheduled for a day and then a few minutes later I received a txt saying I have to pay a deposit of $96.50 even tho I told the person I signed up for the $25 first time exam. First time there today, my cat shadows name was on a board welcoming him for his first time there, it was so cute. My cat has terrible anxiety and was temperamental and the doctors handled it beautifully. He was freaking out and they were even able to trim his nails amongst a very thorough check up. The receptionists were so sweet. Everyone there seemed to like being like there and that really makes a huge difference. Good vibes, great doctors who seem to be able to handle anything. Great experience.

Experienced vets are the best. They do not charge you for unnecessary tests if not needed. But as always in any vet, ask for the cost of any exam before proceeding.
