Putting a tank in my parking lot that you drive over in which you can't broke tank cover ! Whole process was quit and so wasn't the money he'll spend your money on a 2 bed tank make a three at your expense!!
Highly recommend Collins Engineering for septic installation. He was very pleasant, super transparent and is a wealth of knowledge in his field. He worked well with Bosse Construction too. I would hire Collins Engineering again.
We used Collins engineering for title V inspection. We needed the pass for sale of our home. Collins came and dug in an area of our yard to find the water table level. They failed us. We then had Grady Consulting come to do the perc test to get the plans for a new septic install. Instantly Grady said that the system shouldn’t have failed. Collins had dug in an area and not noticed a drywell. This screw up cost us $4000 for the perc test and fixing of the landscape. Also it cost us the sale of our home which was $467,000.
