OK, Dr. Ponce on April 2, I had my first appointment to see you and on the way to my appointment. I was involving the car accident and called your office and told them and explained what it happened to please reschedule me. Appointment was reschedule me to come in in 2 months. I waited two months well guess what happened they called they were canceling all appointments and rescheduled me in 2 months. I asked couldn't I be seen sooner. I am visiting my Son and his Family here in Hesperia, CA. I live in Mesa, AZ. While here I experienced a low heartbeat situation I was taken to Desert Valley Hospital Emergency Room. Eventually, I was assigned to Dr. Ponce. What a gift! I know nothing about this Dr or this Hospital. I soon realized I was in good hands. Dr Ponce installed a Pacemaker so I could continue to breathe and have a heartbeat. He is very meticulous, un-rushed, and thorough.
