I just wanted to share and say thank you to George Perinis at State Farm. My husband was being held liable for car rental damage that he did not cause. We informed George of all the details, and he ran with it. Contacting all the parties involved, and not just once, but numerous times. He followed through until the end, notifying us that the false claim was being dropped, saving us $ 2,200. Stopped in my State Farm agent's office yesterday to make a couple changes in my vehicle policies as they are both getting older. Debbie was very helpful in explaining all my options and called Mr. Perinis to see if I could get further discounts on my old pickup truck. She followed up almost immediately after I left the office via text. I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years both in Texas and Pa. and they have always been there for me when needed.
