Discusting customer service
Dr.Smith went out of his way to get me into a procedure, on a Sunday evening, which made a significant difference in my recovery. He was professional, fast, and really cared about doing his best to fix what was a very tough personal situation for me. Hope I never have to see a Plastic Surgeon again, but if I do, it'll be Dr. Smith.
