I’ve been seeing Dr. George Silis for years, he is by far my favorite Doctor. Very caring and patient. Takes time to hear my concerns and questions. He is a great Doctor.
This office let my medication run out. They told my 4 times they would call it in and never did. I have a serious health condition and the meds are critical. I was told 4 different things by 4 different receptions. I was put on hold twice and left there an ignored. Absolutely horrible service.
Knowledgeable. Does not judge.
Rushed out of office before finished. Didn't get full (only 8 months) history on condition. Forgot to refills prescriptions which was listed as a reason for visit.
He is an excellent doctor, but the office is poorly managed. I usually wait one to two hours to see him. His staff is disorganized and gets simple requests wrong. I rate him as excellent; his office as poor.
I've been to both Dr. George and Dr. Manny both caring , very knowledgable and never feel rushed ??
