I was never seen by Dr Azar on either appointment, but the lady who helped me was very knowledgable. She took the time to explain different issues and even made me notes. However, after the appointment it took over a month to pick up a machine. Until I called for an update, the office did nothing to get insurance authorization. There is zero concern for professionalism or customer experience.Six months later, I get a call from Dr Azar's office and their billing company that I owe them money. Dr. Azar is a MONSTER and a THIEF. He is a MONSTER because, when my mother was deteriorating over a yearlong stay at Kindred Long-Term Care and 12+ doctors were taking wonderful care, Dr. Azar would phone me and hurl four-letter words at me, trying to convince me to put my mother to death. Then, HE SUBMITTED AN INADVERTENT BILL TO MEDICARE FOR A VISIT TO HER--ALLEGEDLY MADE THREE WEEKS AFTER HER DEATH! He is a FRAUD and a MONSTER.

My husband had 2 appointments with Dr. Azar for clearance for surgery. We NEVER saw the doctor for even one minute on either appointment. Upon leaving, I asked the girl at the front desk if he was cleared for surgery and she said yes. We returned to our primary for final clearance and learned that we were NOT cleared by Dr. Azar whose office said they made a third appointment for us; however, we were not told of this appointment and missed it. We will NEVER return.
