I am beyond appalled by the experience my friend and I had at this clinic. It is clear why this office has such low ratings; frankly, it is a mystery how this doctor is still in practice. The level of unprofessionalism we witnessed is unlike anything I have ever encountered in a medical setting. While several patients were in the waiting room for their scheduled appointments, the doctor simply got up and walked out without a word of explanation to those of us who had taken time out of our day to be there.
