Great Observatory experience every time, just wish it was bigger to have more opportunities for the public to view nearby planets and other celestial objects.
George Observatory is a must visit for getting away from the city and enjoying the night skies! Stargazing Saturdays are hosted by the staff at Museum of Natural Science. They provided guides to the stars for beginners. There are multiple high powered telescopes pointed at different planets and constellations. I got to see the craters of the moon, moons of Jupiter, the rings of Saturn, and Pleiades cluster next to Orion.
