The Doctor is great, but the office administration is a mess. I scheduled my appointment 6 months in advance. Despite being a returning patient, the office failed to keep my email on file and relies solely on automated texts. Their new policy requires you to arrive 30 minutes early, but this is buried at the bottom of a long text. Worse, when you reply "YES" to confirm, the automated "Thank You" message mentions rescheduling for missing the appointment time, but says nothing about the 30-minute arrival rule. Three issues is one too many, I'd expect more from a doctor's office. Initial appointment on July 3rd was rescheduled, reasoning the doctor took a vacation after the initial appointment was set up which was surprising to hear. After the second appointment in August, I was advised I would receive a call to schedule something by November "within the next few weeks". Had appt today at 4:45, arrived at 4;45 and was told I was REQUIRED to be at appt 30 mins early, so the Dr walked out of office and left at 4:45, because I was not early. I was asked to be there 30 mins early, like every other doctor does. But I no way told it was MANDATORY or Dr would just leave. I will be looking for a doctor that actually cares about his patients, which GEORGE J NASSIF Jr clearly does not, his priority is financial. My first visit was fine. Dr Nassif was very professional and knowledgeablw which I appreciate. My follow up visit in the other hand, didn't even happen. I'm all about respecting professional time and schedule. However, unexpected situations happen. I got to the Advent Health building parking lot 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Couldn't find an available parking spot whatsoever. Not even vallet was available. The Emergency right by them, who they share the parking lot with, was very busy as well.
