Dr PAVLOU has treated both of my parents with excellence and knowledge. He is now treating several family members with exceptional service for treatment of healthcare.
Lazy front office and/or billing department. Forced me to jump through hoops to correct a large copayment they quoted me from my insurance which was logically incorrect. Asked them to look into it and instead they had me investigate. I was able to resolve it, had my insurance call their billing department, copayment went from almost $300 to $0... yes zero dollars. If I didn't investigate it, I would have lost that money forever.
Excellent doctor, VERRYYY Knowledgeable friendly Nurses and staff. Would HIGHLY recommend.
Dr.Pavlou was the best gastroenterologist that I have ever been to. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough
