I meant to post this a while ago so sincere apologies for the delay. My elderly mum Margaret in Dornoch Links needed a plumber to fix her toilet so I phoned and spoke to the wonderful Tracey who arranged for Neil to come out. However what should have been a simple job turned into a jetting one but Neil did it all the same afternoon. Despite being held up for another job he fixed the problem.
