Sad to say, due to their error in submitting my Odometer reading incorrectly, I have been charged an additional $20 a month. for 2 months now and counting... They should have performed their due diligence for me as their client but they failed to do so. At the end of my Policy or hopefully, as soon as I am able, I will be seeking a new Agent! I've been with State Farm GM for over decade. I primarily work with Liza but the other gals are super helpful. After getting rear-ended a couple times they've always answered the phone to assist my immediate needs. Liza's customer service goes beyond my expectations and I feel secure if anything were to happen in the event of a hazard with my home or car. Thank you Liza!
