Javier helped assemble some auto quotes for me recently as I had a concern that my insurance was too expensive with my current agent. I eventually chose to maintain my current relationship and policy with my existing agent, but I did want to make sure that I gave credit where credit was due. I would give Javier a 10/10 for service, responsiveness and follow-up; three basic things that seem to be all too rare these days.
