I used to be very satisfied with this company, for window replacements on my older home. I won't continue to use them, however for the following reason. They came out and did quote to replace 3 windows for me, and gave me a specific number. However, they called me a month later to say that actually, the cost is like 50% more than the quote. George Meyer Co Llc is a good place for windows and doors. George Meyer Co Llc is a good place for windows and doors. We went to George Meyer when we needed to replace a sliding glass door. The sales staff was able to show us several different options in different price ranges.
Wish I could give a o What should have been a simple transaction, resulted in a complete breakdown of communication. I would give them a 0 if I could. The experience was awful and I ended up using another contractor.

Have used them often - they have always done a great job! I have used George Meyer Co. for several window projects and Mike from GM is always prompt, friendly and efficient and he does excellent installation work - window or glass.
Great Company This review is for the entire sales process. Mike (sales) knows what he is doing and not pressure, and the showroom wasn't a zoo. I was able to get in and out feeling good about the visit. The windows look great. Based upon the reputation for quality, I expected them to be much more expensive than the big advertisers in metro Detroit. They weren't. Stay far far away I wouldn't let George Meyer build a dog house for me. I will never, ever use them again. What a horrible experience. I had them do a job for me and then when they didn't fix the problem they treated me like I was the problem when in fact Tim (the saleman) was the problem. Laura (the office manager) is just as bad...she doesn't want to admit that they messed up. Even the contractor that they hired to do the work at my house told me that they messed me over.
