A lighting strike caused a power failure on the morning of May 23 2024, I called George that morning early, after answering his phone he guided me through the process of restoring power. I now had power, he assured me that he would check out the problem, George soon called me back and we agreed on a time for repair work, which was on the same morning! He showed up changed out a board and no more problems! It is a great generator, but George’s service to his customers is beyond comparison! Thanks George
Generator George came out and visited with us. Explained everything...gave us a good estimate and sent out an employee to pour the small slab for the generator! Fast, efficient, and fair! In transparency, I should say that I do attend church with him but it didn't effect my rating!
