Horrible customer service. It seemed the staff preferred chatting behind the desk over offering decent service.
Very polite and attentive. The optometrist gave a lot of attention to check all aspects of my vision. He was happy to test different type of contact lenses to give me an optimal experience. He was very patient and did not rush the appointment. Very good experience!
