Horrible service. I was running late to an appointment, I called ahead and was told I can't be more than 10 minutes late and I arrived 12 minutes late. I was then turned away by the receptionist and optometrist. I've never experienced this anywhere let alone at a medical establishment. Doctors, Dentists and every other Optometrist I've seen almost always run over time and you are usually waiting at least 10 minutes in a waiting room before you're seen, so it's only fair that it's reciprocated and every other clinic I've ever... read more
I really not happy with the service... Last year I bye glasses and the frame ... frame already broken I asked for new one I want to buy.. And I got answer no more in the shop ..you have to buy new glasses and frame the glasses really can be used...
All the staff and the optometrist are absolutely amazing people at George Matilda they look after you so very well
