If I could give zero stars, I surely would. MICE AND MOLD are a huge issue. Lack of security! Very poor service.
Unfortunately, GMV is dishonest and takes no accountability or responsibly for an oversight. Over 3 months ago I was visiting a friend for the first time and found an unmarked parking space in their lot. When we came out later- the car had been towed by Advanced Towing for 185. There was no Number, or visitor label on the spot- apparently due to recent construction and repaving of the lot. I bought my condo in 2021 and have really enjoyed living here. The grounds are well kept, there is a maintenance person available daily, and KP Management has been very responsive. The location is fantastic and having all utilities included in the HOA fee is perfect.
