Overall, George Mason Mortgage was prompt and responsive. However, they made two mistakes in my mortgage application process, one of which cost me thousands of dollars. Initially they gave me a “there’s nothing we can do” response but I continued to raise the issue with GMM management and they eventually assigned Brian to my case.
