Absolutely awful experience working with GMM. Was required by our builder to use GMM for a contruction to permanent loan and how I wish we used somone else. Throughout the entire process communication has been awful. At the beginning of the loan we were given a line item list of the money we would owe throughout the loan, only to find out during the process that we those amounts were totally incorrect. Our experience working with JoDee Lambert on our mortgage was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. Our mortgage was somewhat complicated (construction then refinance) and came down to a tight deadline but JoDee and her team made sure everything turned out perfectly.
