My husband went to see Dr Mammen in August, he was told he needed the stress test. We called the insurance and we knew how much we had to pay, however the office quoted more money. We paid the amount the office quoted. In September of 2024 we knew he had a refund coming, and thats where the problem starts. We were told to contact Laura Ariana with billing. Absolutely The worst doctor, my 80 year old father has ever had. Impossible to communicate with him or his office. They do not care one iota about patient health. The doctor and staff are in it for the typical mighty dollar. Their negligence is part of the reason my dad is recovering so poorly. My dad has been going to Dr. Mammen since 1996. He has never managed my fathers heart failure correctly. This year we finally had enough. We switched doctors and my dad is in the best shape of his life!!! His new cardiologist made simple changes in his medication and gave proper education of the disease and management to my father. You need some continuing education or to just simply retire Dr. Mammen! You were killing my father slowly! My husband is happy with him, but I have removed 1 start for his office staff. Called to set an appointment for myself. They got some of my information, put me on hold for 26 minutes before I gave up and searched for another cardiologist.
