This is the second time that I have used the company. They are responsive, competent, and willing to offer advice even when it does not benefit them financially.
A wonderful family business that works hard to take care of their customers. I really appreciated the multiple trips Rick, Steve and Tanner made to my house to keep my garage door working as we waited for parts. They are courteous and polite and have generations of experience. These are my go to guys for any garage door needs.
Called George Malloch Company to see about replacing a broken garage door spring based on positive reviews across various platforms. Ironically, I learned they had installed the door years ago before we purchased the house! My timing was good as they were just finishing a job close by and were able to come over. Had the part on hand and made the repair quickly. Very reasonable cost and fantastic customer service from this multi-generation family-owned company. I highly recommend them!
Steve and Rick came the same day I was contacted about needing a new seal at the bottom of my garage door. Replaced seal in a short amount of time. Very reasonable charge for work done. I definitely recommend them.
