Dr. Eid did my VSG surgery back in September 2023. Him and his staff were wonderful through the entire process. From the nurses, nutritionists, nurse practitioners and himself. Nothing was hidden, my first consult I was told what I needed to do. After my blood work and sleep study I was told if anything else was needed. I did everything I was told andy surgery went great with very little pain. I did all my follow ups except my last one because I moved. But I am 140lbs down and I am so thankful to him and his staff. About 14 years ago I had had a lap band placed. I had nothing but problems. Back in May Dr. Eid was absolutely amazing!! He was very conscientious about the procedure, and he thought he was gonna be able to fix my hernia also while in there but I had too much scar tissue, and he had to take the old lap band out in several pieces because of the scar tissue, and how the band had slipped out of place. The office staff is disorganized and have poor communication, both between each other and with patients. They seem to operate in a disjointed and disconnected bubble. They aren’t able to think outside of a process and, as a result, miss important details and needs of the patient. Most of them seem like they are disgruntled and want to pass on accountability and follow up to others, yet it was their responsibility all along. You will be passed around and around.
