Love it
I’m just in town for a week taking a water treatment plant operators course. My Mom works out here and I wanted to get in a workout with her while I was in the city. I really like this gym! I love that it has a track and full gymnasium to use. Most gyms lack one or more of these as part of their facilities. My Mom is 75 and I am 45 and her trainer had us doing the battle rope and sled pulls etc. Fantastic trainer and a great facility! Cheers guys on the cleanliness as well.
