I see Dr. Highsmith and she’s been great, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the front desk never picks up, I’m not sure why because they stay at the desk I believe so why not answer yalls phone!!!! This issue needs to be addressed and fixed because I need to make appointments and it’s impossible if they never pick the phone up!!!!!!!
The nurse staff is fantastic and takes their time to listen to your complaints. I have always had great experiences with the doctors as well!
